I Need A Moment provides consultation services to schools, community organizations, and youth-serving agencies seeking thoughtful, practical support in addressing the needs of the children, families, and communities they serve.

Consultation begins with understanding the needs of your organization. We work collaboratively with leadership, staff, or program teams to identify concerns, explore existing strengths and barriers, and develop strategies that are responsive to your setting and population.

Consultation may include support with:

• Program development and planning

• Social-emotional and behavioral supports

• Student and youth support practices

• Family engagement and support

• Special education practices and processes

• Trauma-informed approaches

• Staff support and problem-solving

• Development of procedures, resources, and practical tools

• Identifying gaps in services and opportunities for improvement

Services may range from a single consultation focused on a specific concern to ongoing consultation and program support, depending on the needs of the organization.

Consultation is available virtually and may be provided in person when appropriate.
