Who We Are

I Need A Moment, LLC (A Wellness Group) is a child- and youth-focused organization providing therapy services, executive functioning coaching, special education advocacy, and youth group services.

Our team brings over 30 years of combined experience in education, with backgrounds supporting children, youth, and families across school and community settings. Our work is grounded in collaboration, clarity, and respect for each child’s individual needs.

We work alongside families, schools, and organizations to provide support that is thoughtful, practical, and responsive—meeting children where they are and supporting informed decision-making.

Our Approach

We believe support is most effective when it is collaborative, strengths-based, and centered on the child as a whole. Our approach emphasizes:
