At I Need A Moment we offer support and services for children, youth, families, and organizations through therapy, coaching, advocacy, and group services.
Services are currently provided through telehealth for ages 8–18, in-home support may be available for ages 3–7, and advocacy services are offered virtually and in person.
Therapy Services
Individualized therapeutic support for children and adolescents, ages 3–18.
Executive Functioning Coaching
Skills-based coaching to support organization, planning, focus, and independence for youth ages 8–18.
Special Education Advocacy
Guidance and support for families navigating IEPs, 504 plans, and school-based decision making.
Youth Group Services
Structured group services for schools, nonprofits, and community organizations serving children and youth.
